Terms of Use

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of WorkPilot (the "Service"), operated by Move Technologies Inc, the company behind WorkPilot ("WorkPilot," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What WorkPilot is

WorkPilot is a software tool that helps contractors find and respond to job opportunities on third-party lead platforms you already use (such as HomeStars, Bark, Thumbtack, Angi, and similar). WorkPilot drafts responses and bids and surfaces them for your review. You approve every bid before it is submitted. WorkPilot acts only within the accounts and platforms you connect, on your behalf and under your direction. WorkPilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the platforms named. All platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws that apply to you and your business.

3. Your account

You sign in using a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@workpilot.co if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Free trial, subscription, and billing

Reminder: your trial converts on its own. If you do not cancel before your 7-day free trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically and your paid subscription will begin. If you do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial ends. We recommend setting a reminder a day or two ahead.

5. No refunds

After the free trial ends, all fees are non-refundable. Once your trial ends and a payment is processed, we do not provide refunds or credits for any reason, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or a change of mind. Your remedy at any time is to cancel, which stops future billing. To avoid being charged, cancel before your 7-day trial ends. This section applies except where a non-waivable refund right is required by applicable law.

6. Third-party platforms are yours to run

WorkPilot works through the lead-platform accounts you connect. You are solely responsible for:

We do not control the third-party platforms, do not guarantee continued access to them, and are not responsible for their decisions, availability, pricing, or changes to their rules.

7. Your responsibility for bids and work

WorkPilot is a tool that assists you; it is not your employee, agent of record, or a party to any contract you enter with a customer. Because you review and approve every bid, you are responsible for the accuracy of the bids, quotes, messages, and commitments you approve, and for performing any work you take on. You agree not to use the Service to send content that is unlawful, misleading, or that you are not authorized to send.

8. No guarantee of results

WorkPilot helps you respond to more opportunities, faster. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bids won, jobs, contracts, revenue, or business outcome. Any figures, examples, or testimonials shown on our website are illustrative and are not a promise of results. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your trades, service area, pricing, the platforms you use, and market conditions.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau; (c) reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) use the Service in a way that violates a third-party platform's rules or another person's rights; or (e) use the Service to send spam or automated activity you have not reviewed and approved.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by WorkPilot and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active and in good standing. You retain ownership of the content you provide.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WorkPilot harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Service, your activity on third-party platforms, the bids and work you approve or perform, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorkPilot is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
